Highballs & Longdrinks

Highballs consist of a base spirit and a carbonated filler. Other ingredients are optional. Well-known fillers for highballs are soda water, tonic water, ginger ale or bitter lemon. Highballs are usually „built“ in the highball glass of the same name, which is filled with ice cubes. Popular highballs are the Gin and Tonic, Dark and Stormy or Horse’s Neck.
